Terms of Service

Your Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
• Workspace administrators control membership, roles, and data within their workspace, including the ability to remove members and export data.
• Notify us promptly through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to store or share content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Services, or access data belonging to other workspaces.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services, including sending abusive volumes of API requests beyond published rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
• Upload malware or use the Services to distribute unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Loomstack. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for the content you and your workspace members upload and for having the rights necessary to use it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomstack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
