Integrate Loomstack with your calendar and time tracking tools for better visibility into project timelines.
Google Calendar Integration
Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find and click “Google Calendar”
- Click Connect and sign in to your Google account
- Grant permission to access your calendar
- Select which calendar to sync Loomstack events to
Features
- Loomstack tasks appear as calendar events
- Recurring tasks create recurring calendar events
- Due dates automatically sync to your calendar
- Changes in Loomstack update your calendar in real-time
Customization
Choose what gets synced:

Outlook Calendar Integration
Microsoft Outlook users can sync calendars the same way:
- Select “Outlook Calendar” from integrations
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Choose sync preferences
- Calendar events appear in Outlook
Toggl Track Time Integration
Log time spent on tasks directly in Loomstack:
- Install Toggl Track integration
- Click the timer icon on any task
- Start/stop tracking time
- Log time is saved to Toggl and Loomstack

Troubleshooting
Calendar events not syncing?
